Date: 2005-10-26 06:31 am (UTC)My only comment is that the exposition at the beginning felt out of place. However, if you're planning on turning these shorts into a something with a over reaching plot, then I get why you'd want/need it there.
All in all, quite an enjoyable read.

Yep, this is going to be a series. Possibly quite a long one, given that I signed up to write 100 Mal-centric ficlets; the more of them I can chain onto the same plot (much of which I already have planned out), the better!
I hope you continue to enjoy future chapters.

Date: 2005-10-30 03:00 am (UTC)Thank you; I really appreciate the feedback. I try to 'watch' each chapter in my mind's eye as I write, picture the characters actually saying what I want them to, and edit accordingly. I hope you contine to enjoy future chapters!

Date: 2005-12-30 12:45 am (UTC)Dialogue here's great. Speculation as to Jayne's intent and more affirmation of how in tune Mal is with it = also great. This is the best post-Serenity fic I've read; it's awesome.
Btw, I got here through
Kudos! Thanks for a nice read.
