This weekend, I accomplished the following:

* Achieved my step goal both days;
* Assembled a Rey costume for work superhero party and/or ComicCon;
* Took a bag of clothes and a box containing about 50 old hangers to Goodwill;
* Made progress in my bedroom decoration project;
* Cleaned out/reorganized the bathroom and laundry room cupboards;
* And, finally unpacked about four boxes' worth of stuff left over from move-in last year.

If I can manage to get my trunk-full of cans to the recycling next weekend, that will be about 90% of my current home-based projects finished, after forever and a day of feeling like I had no energy for any of it between all my other RL stressors.

Oh, and I also:

* Read one (1) book;
* Watched six (6) episodes of Stargate SG-1 for fic research;
* And wrote 700 words toward a fic.

... You know, I think the worst might finally be over? For now, anyway; dysthymia sucks. But while driving back home on my first work day of 2019 (the 2nd), I was thinking about the fact that I finally have nothing left on the RL calendar that I need to brace for impact for [other than the gov't shutdown mess], and I just felt ... light, for the first time in quite awhile. \0/

Wow, no wonder you had no problem meeting your step goal this weekend. Housework burns a whole lot of calories and is great exercise, what with the bending, stretching, lifting, etc. And congratulations getting all of that stuff done in one weekend. :)

It's really great to hear that you're feeling better. Actually, it's kind of hard to feel upbeat when RL is battering you around like a ship in a hurricane, but here's hoping you won't have to sound the collision alarm at all this year. *sending positive vibes*

By the way, I mentioned you in a reply to a post on my journal to see if it would send a notification to you. I always thought using the html coding using a person's account name would notify them, but it didn't work when I mentioned myself (which may be why).

Oops. Yep, you're right, that's where I was remembering it from. :-/ Thanks!
