I am now the proud owner of a Veritas Aequitas t-shirt. Rawr. Now all I need is a pair of tickets to the special one-night-only rescreening of BDS on May 22nd. I can't believe our theater is one of the ones participating!

(Oh, and BTW, I most heartily do not recommend American Dreamz. I laughed, and laughed, and laughed-- but mostly with disbelief and embarassment, especially at the ending sequence. Though seeing Willem Dafoe in that chief of staff role so shortly after experiencing him as Agent Smecker? Absolutely priceless, in a whiskey tango foxtrot sort of way).

Heh. It's very, very painful to watch (an absolutely cartoonish level of parody) and the ending is just bizarre, but I did leave the theater holding my sides and feeling pretty damn high from flailing around in my seat in disbelief, so ... =)
