Alas, most of my vehicle photos are of me standing next to them and thus ineligible. So you will find none of my new Malibu here. But I did find some fun shots!

And: my dad, teaching nephew how to 'drive' last fall. Nephew has been a huge fan of the Cars movies practically since birth; one of the first words he learned was "makeen", aka Lightning McQueen. :) (September 2013)

The forest atmosphere very nice in the middle one.

It's just the one car, randomly stuck in the parking lot of a shop ... I really can't remember which one. The only reason we were there was because it came up on a list of quirky landmarks with geocaches at them; we navigated to its coordinates, not its address.

I'd always wanted to go to the redwoods, and drive through one of those drive-through trees. The last few years, I've finally been able to afford to start checking off the lower-budget destinations on my bucket list, so I figure, why the heck not? :) I'd have put up a picture of the drive-through tree itself, except I'm pretty sure it was maevebran who took the shot while I was driving through the tree!

There's probably lots of drive-throughs, but I drove through one with a friend on a road trip in 1977 in Miranda CA - lots of fun times!
