Annoying Sound Meme!

Seen all over:



*cringing* Ow. Damn, that reminds me of when my brother and I lived behind the people with the bat-repelling ultrasonic device in their bushes. We must have called in a noise complaint three or four times over the course of several months before one of the cops that came to cruise the neighborhood happened to have his young son in the car, and the son picked up on it.

Talk about ringing in your ears.

At first, I couldn't, but out of curiosity, I tried on another system and could hear it just fine. It turns out that the first computer actually filters sounds above a certain frequency. If you can't hear it, doublecheck on a second system...
