You updated!!!!! I'm sooo happy, this chapter is great, more Snape and Malfoy, yay!!!! And Harry realizing he cannot speak Parseltongue anymore is indeed very symbolic; I can't wait for the Quidditch match, I hope you'll post the next chapter soon!

I like the idea of Harry having to figure out how to do this without the trace of Voldemort. I'm sure you won't have forgotten but Ron managed to get the Chamber open at the end of Deathly Hallows so....

I also liked Harry's speculations as to why noone told him that he was distantly related to any number of people in the wizarding world.
