OK. I know I still have a couple of reward requests out there; they will probably be completed in November, after I've finished the 10,000 word finishathon request for "Back Again, Harry?" In the meanwhile, though, I need distracting. Badly. And so:
The first 10 people to comment on this post get to request a drabble from you. Post all fandoms you're willing to write for.
Comment on this post, and I'll comment back with the link to the drabble as soon as I get it done. Just give me a fandom (or two fandoms, if you want a crossover), a name or pairing, and a one or two word prompt. Use your imaginations!
Fandoms I'm willing to write (or cross) for this challenge include: B:tVS, A:tS, Firefly/Serenity, Dresden Files, 5th Element, Tolkein, Austen, SG-1, Atlantis, CSI, Pitch Black/TCoR, Boondock Saints, Dracula 2000, Doom, Equilibrium, Jurassic Park, Constantine, ID4, Trek (TOS or TNG), HP, The Mummy. Other fandoms considered on a case-by-case basis; if you think I'll bite, ask.
Round One: April 21, 2006
1. CSI/Pitch Black, no prompt:
Blood Spatter, 500 words.
2. Boondock Saints, McManus boys, thirsty/hungry:
Ties of Blood, 700 words.
3. B:tVS, Buffy/Wesley, fluffy:
Something New, 600 words.
4. SG-1, Jack/Daniel, high, laughter:
What Has to Be Done, 1400 words.
5. Harry Potter, Harry, free:
Making Choices, 1000 words.
6. B:tVS/ST:TNG, Faith, double entendre:
Linguistic Exchanges, 400 words.
7. Firefly/Jurassic Park, Wash, sushi:
By Any Other Name, 600 words.
8. B:tVS/Classic Trek, Buffy/Kirk, transporter malfuction:
Transporter Malfunction, 400 words.
Round Two: January 21, 2007
1. Austen/SG-1, Daniel Jackson, champagne:
Lively Personalities, 900 words.
2. Austen/HP, Mary Bennet/Percy Weasley, time-travel mishap:
A Wizard for Mary, 600 words.
3. CSI/B:tVS, Grissom, paradox:
The Evidence Never Lies, 800 words.
4. Jurassic Park, Ellie, ice:
Yesterday is History, Today is a Gift, 400 words.
5. SG-1/Atlantis, Sam/Jack & Sheppard/Weir, psychic:
Meeting of Minds, 1000 words.
6. B:tVS/CSI, Buffy/Greg, ham:
Inconvenient Anomalies in the Data, 800 words.
7. ST:TNG/Mummy, Data + Rick/Evie, reincarnation:
The Return of the Medjai, 1500 words.
8. SG-1/CSI, Jack & Catherine, not-so-chance meeting:
Collateral Damage, 900 words.
9. SG-1, Jonas, warm:
Nothing New Under the Sun, 300 words.
10. Atlantis/Firefly, Carson, "not to be believed":
In Search of a Better World, 600 words.
So? Hit me. You may get 300 words, you may get 1,000, and it may take months, but I solemnly swear to complete them, no matter what you ask for. So be creative.
*braces for impact*
ETA: That's 10! Thanks guys! (Whew, some of these are going to be fun...)

And I so, so, love that ST:ENT was a big old joke by Q. hee!!!
