Just finished crossover_news a little under an hour ago. Got distracted from there... that can't really be the time, can it? *yawning*

Anyway, according to the grand list of 1,001 Books to Read Before You Die, I've only read a little over 6%. That number made me feel a bit pathetic, but all I had to do to shake the feeling was to read the list again. OMG.

I've heard of a lot of the other books mentioned, and I'd never make it through half of them without wanting to club myself upside the head with a halibut. If you catch my drift. Maybe I'll feel differently in a couple of decades?

Dude, that list scares me and I love books. *shudders* Think I will just continue on in my own little, oddly ordered wander through books.

OK, I consider myself to be a reader, but I'm hopelessly behind. I've read only 34 of the books. Pathetic, I know. However, thanks for pointing out the list. I'm in a book club and it gives me a list from which to pull new books.
