*peering at movie schedule*
Feb. 17th, 2009 03:12 pmIs my recent mostly-cheerfulness getting on anyone's nerves yet? Feel free to tell me if so. It's such a complete novelty, I hardly know what to do with myself lately.
The full trailer of Fast and Furious is now up on the web; I know, I know, I know, but oooo, shiny! I'm also rather looking forward to Watchmen, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Star Trek XI, Terminator Salvation, and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen for similarly "ooo, shiny" reasons. Explosions, action, buddy behavior, and awesome sci-fi effects all anticipated with those; any plotty elements and/or well-written characterisation that may happen to turn up will be an especially sparkly bonus. *grin*
Notice I did not put HBP in that category. As that is the only one I've already read the source material for, I'm expecting rather more of it. And I do also intend to watch Land of the Lost for nostalgia's sake because of the old TV show, but non-actiony flicks are usually rather hit or miss for me as my embarassment squick causes problems with many popular romantic and/or comedic plot clichés.
Any other movies I should put on my list this spring/summer, that y'all know of?
