Fascinating read. Really. Excellent!

I'm not a Mal/River shipper (but I'm most definitely NOT Mal/Inara, so don't throw rotten tomatoes). I've read a couple stories though, and I have to admit, if it's gonna be someone on the ship...it's gotta be River. Although I read more of a meimei sort of relationship into it with her as well.

I have other thoughts and suspicions my own self, so I'll just qualify all of this by saying that I could very easily be converted to Mal/River...if I didn't have other ideas.

Just a thought...if I were an English teacher, you'd have blown the top off the scale. Seriously! This is one of most well-written articles on ANYTHING that I've read in a long time. Amazing how love can come across in everything you do...
