Day 14 - a photo of something you eat


One of my cousins - whom I babysat when she was little, zomg, that makes me feel old - had a very western-themed wedding last summer. This was her similarly-themed wedding cake. *grin* (June, 2012)


Our massive cross-country trek last year just happened to intersect with the little town of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, during their Apple Butter Makin' Days. So here they are: makin' apple butter. Yum. (October, 2013)


And finally: our table at the Court of Two Sisters in New Orleans. I believe this is from our second trip through the jazz brunch buffet: desserts and salads. The food there isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny. (October, 2013)
