God, I love your Pike so much, adn this si some fo the absolute best Jim & Pike stuff I've seen. Kirk gets written as a frat boy so much of the time in fandom, but this is the Jim Kirk I recognsie. And I love that Mitch is still out there someplace. And mcCoy's reaction to him.
