I love this a lot. I'm finally watching the entirety of TOS in the right order (I blame Polish tv for never having done so before), and the little bits, like Cochrane and Phoenix, make me so happy and squeeful.

I also love the inclusion of Number One and Boyce, I need to hunt down more fics with them.

And Pike, I loved him so much in the movie, and the way you write him makes it even better, the entire thing is so well thought out and real and fantastic.
