Sorry for the late reply-- I've been on vacation!

I'm so glad you liked this! I do have to kind of shift into a different mental gear for Spock-- he uses such different vocabulary and phrasing, but it's fun to delve into how the new Kirk and Spock might react to one another, and this piece just wanted to be done from his POV.
