If I round all TV episodes (whether live or DVD) up to the nearest half-hour mark and all movies to two hours total, then add in repeats, in 2019 I watched 756 total hours of on-screen entertainment (2.07 hours/day). Up a bit from last year, but not by much.

Historically, since I started tracking, my average has ranged between 1.62 hours a day and 2.52 hours a day, but roughly two hours per day has been pretty much a sweet spot? Exercise viewing - and regular movies out/Survivor nights with Mom - are responsible for probably half of that, and fanfic research for much of the rest, but there *are* still a few series I follow regularly Just Because. (Quelle surprise, I know.)
