I grew up with Southern diction; it was one of the things that drew me so strongly to Firefly. I'm glad that comes across well with him. These guys are definitely my favorite characters in the show, too. =) I just bought Season 2 last Thursday and blitzed it in prep for watching S3 live, so there'll probably be more from me eventually ......
