I stopped watching "The Walking Dead" after I checked out the synopsis of the comic book series and found out a few key things that I don't care to watch. That, and WD is one of those shows that if you miss one episode, you're screwed. Though I don't watch the series, I'm familiar enough to enjoy a story with the characters and I loved this to itty, bitty pieces! I could see Rick going this way back at the beginning of season two and Daryl had already begun turning into a pretty decent human being (as opposed to a racist lunatic like his brother) and I can definitely see him tacitly having Rick's back. The way you write them here lets a person see inside Daryl's head and I really like the insight, which feels accurate. Thank you!
