Yeah, I don't blame you. The first AvP movie is excellent if you keep your focus on Alexa and ignore the last five seconds or so, but everyone else does die in progressively horrific ways. The second movie is just generally awful overall; I doubt I'll ever watch it again.

(Glad you liked the fic, though! I always think that's one of the highest compliments I can get - if someone liked the fic without knowing the source).
