I haven't watched it online myself (my crappy dsl often leads to choppy online video viewing experiences), but it seems like both USA and Hulu currently have four recent season 2 episodes available. The main plot of each episode almost always doesn't reference past episodes, but there are smallish ongoing subplots involving the minor recurring characters. I think the opening recap would catch you up well enough on most of that.

P.S. I've given up on live tv too, but my DVR is a godsend for letting me keep up with shows I like.
