Awww. I loved this. Naturally Anne and Penny would have crossed paths at some point, and it's wonderful that Billy finally has a way out, someone he can talk to, someone who'll listen and knows how the world works, and best of all, someone who knew Penny. This was just perfect and took a little of the sting out of the ending. Thank you.
