This is utterly adorable! I love how you break down the Tess/Jack relationship using this episode. And happy that Nathan and Allison got their happy ending. I really liked Tess in this, her thoughts on Jack, Allison, Nathan, her job, and others. You also handled the whole time loop thing well, with giving details about new events but not belaboring old ones or things she doesn't see. I'm glad their last "day" went so well, what with an intelligent(!) conversation with Nathan and Leo; a fabulous lunch with Lexi and Zoe and how Jack handled his relationship with his sister. (of course, considering what Tess has seen, she knows the truth, but it's rather sweet that Lexi and Zoe get this fabulous first impression.) I also like the ultimate solution, the willingness to try the relationship and then, when she gets the job offer, that he's waiting there for her.

More than that, I loved seeing Jack through her eyes and the realizations she's made of him; from his intelligence, to his feelings for Allison, to his feelings towards Nathan, and his job and everything else.
