Well, I agree that there's something weird about Q's obsession with Picard, but slashing the two is still wrong. I can believe anything about Q, but I simply cannot see Picard ever being remotely interested in him in the slightest. So for it to be believable to me, there would have to be seriously dark non-con stuff involved.
